แต่เราก็ต้องยอมรับความจริงให้ได้ว่า ไม่มีใครชอบเราทุกมุม

เราจะถูกปฏิเสธเพราะอะไรก็เป็นเรื่องหนึ่ง แต่เมื่อถูกปฎิเสธแล้วเราควรคิดหรือรู้สึกอย่างไรกับการถูกปฏิเสธนั้นจึงจะทำให้ตัวเองไม่รู้สึกแย่จนกู่ไม่กลับ

1. แย่จังเราคงไม่เก่งจริงๆ นั่นแหละ กับ 2. อืม…เขาคงมีเหตุผลที่จำเป็นถึงได้ปฏิเสธเรา

ความรู้สึกตอนนี้ของคุณคงไม่ดีขึ้น ยิ่งคิด ยิ่งมีแต่จะแย่ลง เศร้า ท้อ หมดกำลังใจ

อาจจะเสียใจบ้าง แต่แป๊บเดียวก็จะลุกขึ้นสู้ใหม่ได้อีกครั้ง

อย่าลืมนะคะว่า รักแรกที่ต้องเกิดคือการรักตัวเอง ตามมาด้วยการให้โอกาสตัวเองได้เริ่มต้นใหม่อีกครั้งๆ ๆ และอีกครั้ง ถ้าคุณเลือกตอบข้อ 1 ให้ชีวิตตัวเองมาตลอด ลองหันมามองข้อ 2 บ้าง แล้วคุณจะพบคาถาวิเศษนั่นก็คือ “ช่างมัน” พลาดได้ ถูกปฏิเสธได้ แต่เราจะเก่งขึ้นกว่านี้ให้ดู

การที่เราไม่คิดซ้ำเติมให้ตัวเองเสียใจทุกครั้งที่ถูกปฏิเสธ จะทำให้เรามีความสามารถพิเศษเพิ่มขึ้น นั่นก็คือพลังใจที่จะพัฒนาตัวเองให้เก่งขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงวันหนึ่งเราจะไม่ถูกปฏิเสธอีกต่อไป
